The Composing Room Concerts series is designed to showcase the vast musical talent in the North Central Florida area. Short concerts that hopefully wets your appetite for the artist and hopefully become a fan.

Music and composing rooms seemingly go together but the series is not named for the reasons you may think. The concerts are filmed in the actual composing room where the paper was assembled each day before desktop publishing made the job and the room obsolete.

The room has been a number of things since it was no longer used to create the Star-Banner. It was a classified call center. When time and technology made that obsolete as well, it was used for storage of  office furniture.

In these first concerts, you see some of the storage. In some of next ones the room has been cleared.
